Michelin star chef Tom Kerridge shares some classic - and some unconventional - recipes for the BBQ, packed with useful tips and tricks. Working with Dunk Barnes at Blink TV, we produced various tracked-in graphics to help visualise ingredients, background stories and elements of Tom’s cooking techniques.
